An Old Night Ritual, In Three Drops
Long before wellness became an industry, Indian households had a simple habit: a few drops of warm herbal oil in the navel before sleep, massaged in slow circles. No app, no supplement, no routine to remember — just a minute of quiet at the end of the day.
This is that ritual, in a bottle. A blend of twelve traditional oils, slow-infused, meant to be used every night.

Why the Navel?
In Ayurveda the nabhi is treated as a centre point of the body — nabhi chikitsa, navel therapy, is one of its oldest and simplest practices. The skin there is thin and soft, which is why oils have traditionally been applied at this spot rather than swallowed.
Modern research has not established that oil applied to the navel is absorbed into the body or affects internal organs. What people consistently report is the thing you can actually feel: warmth, a few minutes of calm, and a habit that helps them wind down before sleep. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise you something we cannot stand behind.

What's Inside
Twelve oils and herbal extracts, slow-infused together:
Sesame Oil · Malkangani Oil · Castor Oil · Haritaki Extract · Ashwagandha Extract · Almond Oil · Mustard Oil · Brahmi Oil · Ajwain Oil · Saunf (Fennel) Oil · Hing (Asafoetida) Oil · Coconut Oil
Sesame is the traditional base for abhyanga oils. Ashwagandha and Brahmi are among the most widely used herbs in Ayurveda. Ajwain, saunf and hing are the same three your grandmother reached for after a heavy meal.

How to Use
- At night, before bed, put 2–3 drops into the navel.
- Massage slowly in a clockwise circular motion around the navel for a minute or two.
- Leave it overnight. Wipe clean in the morning.
- Repeat daily. This is a ritual, not a one-time fix — the point is the habit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this help me lose weight or flatten my stomach?
No. We will not make that claim. This is a body oil for a nightly self-massage ritual — it is not a weight-loss product and there is no evidence it burns fat. If a seller tells you otherwise, be careful.
Will it fix my digestion or acidity?
It is not a medicine and is not a substitute for one. Persistent bloating, acidity or gut trouble deserves a doctor's opinion, not an oil.
How long until I notice something?
What you will notice immediately is that it is relaxing. Anything beyond that varies from person to person.
Will it stain my clothes or bedsheet?
It is an oil, so yes, it can. Massage it in properly and let it settle before lying down.
What does it smell like?
Earthy and herbal — sesame, ajwain and hing are all in there. It is not a perfumed product.
