How to wear

1  Start clean and dry.
No oil, lotion, powder or perfume — they block the seal.

2  Centre it
Place the middle directly over the nipple.

3  Press for 5 seconds
Hold your palm over it. Your body heat activates the grip.

4  Smooth the rim
Run a fingertip around the edge so it melts into your skin.
